To lead our IT team, we are searching you as a Team Lead Software Development (Senior Software Engineer), located in HR-Split or HR-Zagreb.

About you

Have at least 3 years of experience building and leading software development team and delivering working software with them, ideally as a Team Lead.
Experienced in software engineering practices that support continuous delivery of business value at a sustainable pace. Proven experience in developing and adapting processes and structures supporting self-organization
You have a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (specialising in application development) or a completed degree (computer science/business informatics)
Good knowledge of software development reg. C# .NET Core (API interfaces, DevExpress, WinForms, WPF), MS SQL databases.
The ability and willingness to understand and familiarise yourself with the business processes of an IT and logistics company
Language skills: Native in English and Croatian language in written and verbal form. Proficiency in German on level C1 or C2 is a plus.

Planning, developing and realisation of our IT branch office in HR-Split from the very beginning
Recruitment, management, and responsibility of our team of min. 3 developers (Web and Rich Client Application reg. developments of our own developed software solutions
Overall responsibility and reporting to our Head of Development located in Germany while shaping the strategy of your team
Help grow the expertise of our team in performance, reliability, maintainable architecture, and experimentation
Realisation and implementation of interfaces to internal and external systems
