To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an employee in Transport Monitoring for our location in PL-Wroclaw for a permanent position 01.05.2021.

About you

A successfully completed apprenticeship
A high level of motivation and an independent and solution-oriented approach to work
In addition to Polish, you have a good command of German and English (B2), another foreign language
You have good communication and assertiveness skills as well as a team-playing mentality.
Willingness to work varying hours each week, including early, late and night shifts.
A secure handling of the computer
Experience in the transport industry is an advantage, newcomers are welcome.

About your new role

Proactively monitoring and ensuring the transport process of our special transports
Reporting status messages to our customers as well as to internal departments
Taking over the complete driver and subcontractor communication regarding the monitoring of the transport process
Instructing users in our bgm-Driver-App
Monitoring the incoming online status reports of our carriers
